Shipping and Return Policy
Shipping
All of our catalog products typically ship from warehouse within 1-3 business days of purchase. Some items may be custom built by the factory upon purchase and may need additional prep time depending on part supply. Some chip manufacturing shortages have caused delays for some items. Shipping times may vary based on included/purchased shipping speed.
*Classwallet Customers* - Classwallet typically approves invoices within 7-10 business days. Our shipping times range from 1-2 weeks once we have received the payment notification, often sooner. Sometimes, due to the lengthy timeframe for approvals, an item may go out-of-stock. If this should happen, you will be notified by one of our staff of your estimated wait time.
Returns
For online orders through our Hillwave.com catalog, and all shipped items, all of our products may be returned in the same unused condition as upon arrival within 7 days of arrival date for a full refund under normal credit card payment conditions. For on-site installed items, our installation contract support terms apply. For private catalog items, please see your catalog's return policy page.
(Full refunds apply to U.S. orders only. If expedited or international shipping was paid, the shipping portions will not be refunded.)
To be eligible for the return, the product must be clean and must not be damaged or opened.
To complete your return, send us a message through our contact page with the following information:
- Full Name
- Address
- Order number
- Which product(s) you would like to return
- And the reason for return or exchange
When we receive the information, we will send you instructions from there.
There are certain situations where partial refunds might possibly be granted (if applicable):
- Any item not in its original condition, or is damaged for reasons not due to our error.
- International (outside of the USA) orders may also receive a refund but will be responsible for return shipping.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be refunded to your original method of payment, within 7-10 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund within 7-10 days, double check your account and contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
If, after 10 days of us posting the refund, you still have not received your refund, please contact us again at support@hillwave.com and we can assist.
CLASSWALLET CUSTOMER Returns:
All sales are final as they are subject to the required return policies of the program. Unfortunately, we as Classwallet vendors do not currently have the ability to send a refund directly to Classwallet accounts. If there are any issues with your orders, please let us know and we are still here for you to do whatever we can to assist. All of our products are always brand new and warranted by the original manufacturers, so direct support is always still available on all products we distribute.
